- spaghetti noodles200 g
- Italian Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese150 g
- Butter100 g
- Mint to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Remove the zucchini slices with the peeler and season with the zest and juice of the Sicilian lemon.
- Add the grated Parmesan, butter, mint, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- In a pan with plenty of salted water, cook the spaghetti according to the time on the package.
- Mix the pasta with the rest of the ingredients, and if necessary add 1 ladle of the cooking water to form the sauce.
