- For the dough, take the flour and eggs beaten with spinach and join until the dough forms and let it rest for 20 minutes. Then open the cylinder or rolling pin.
- For the stuffing, pre-cook the broccoli with seasoning to taste and set aside.
- For the sauce, make the béchamel, put the flour with the butter and mix until you create a paste and gradually add milk until you get a creamy consistency. Optional add cheese to the sauce.
- Assemble the lasagna with a layer of sauce, pasta, broccoli and mozzarella cheese and repeat the process until the shape is complete and finally the mozzarella and parmesan cheese and bake in the oven to brown. There is no need to cook the dough.
