- Beef noodles200 g
- Large carrot1 unit(s)
- Assorted peppers1 cup
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Chard to taste
- Broccoli1 cup
- Cauliflower1 cup
- Shrimp500 g
- Salt to taste
- soy sauce to taste
- Fried garlic to taste
- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Grate the vegetables into strips and cook the pasta and set aside.
- In a large pan, fry the prawns (seasoned with salt and lemon) little by little in the oil, ending up set aside.
- Removing the shrimp from the pan, put the vegetables until they wither. Add the noodles and soy sauce and mix well.
- Add the prawns and garlic, stir again if necessary, add salt. Turn off the heat and bon appetit
- Tip: practical recipe that quantity and ingredients is a matter of taste!!! Be careful with salt because soy sauce depending on the amount already leaves the recipe on point. Use minced chicken, meat (pork or beef)... as I said, this recipe is a matter of taste!!!
