Strawberry Crepe with Orange Jam

Para a massa
Junte numa tigela os ovos, a manteiga, o sal e o leite. Misture bem com um batedor de arame. Junte também a farinha e mexa bem. Passe a massa por uma peneira e deixe descansar por pelo menos 10 minutos. 
Aqueça uma frigideira antiaderente e acrescente o óleo. Coloque uma colher de sopa da massa e espalhe por todo fundo da frigideira. Deixe cozinhar por 2 minutos em fogo médio e vire com a ajuda de uma espátula. Doure por mais um minuto do outro lado. 
Repita o processo com o restante da massa

Combine the eggs, butter, salt and milk in a bowl. Mix well with a wire whisk. Also add the flour and mix well. Pass the dough through a sieve and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
Heat a nonstick skillet and add the oil. Put a tablespoon of the dough and spread it all over the bottom of the skillet. Let it cook for 2 minutes in medium fire and turn with the help of a spatula. Fry for another minute on the other side.
Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.

Passe uma fina camada de geleia de laranja por todo crepe coloque os morangos picados. 
Dobre em quatro partes formando um triângulo.

Spread a thin layer of orange marmalade all over the crepe and place the chopped strawberries.
Fold in four to form a triangle.
