- MARGARINE OR OIL2 tablespoon
- WARM WATER250 ml
- FILLING to taste
- MOZSARELA250 g
- CHOPPED TOMATO2 cup
- CHOPPED ONION1 cup
- HAM250 g
- GREEN CORN1 unit(s)
- grated pepperoni1 unit(s)
- LET'S MAKE THE DOUGH in a bowl put the warm water the yeast mix well
- add the eggs, the salt, the margarine and the wheat mix everything and let's knead this dough for 5 minutes until the dough leaves your hand the dough cannot be dry, it has to be a dough that will not stick to your hand, let it rest for 30 minutes covered
- divide the dough into two halves, roll out into a rectangle
