- Salt1 teaspoon
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Mozzarella cheese400 g
- Ham400 g
- Put in the blender: the egg, milk, oil, salt, sugar and yeast. Beat these ingredients
- Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the flour.
- Transfer to a surface greased with flour, knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Cut the dough into 4 parts, open the dough, put the stuffing and roll it like a rocambole and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
- Place in the preheated oven and place in the oven.
