- Wheat flour1 kg
- Milk2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ham250 g
- Mozzarella250 g
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Cottage cheese to taste
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl, mix the milk, the oil, the yeast and the salt and a little flour.
- Add flour little by little until it binds and doesn't come off anymore.
- Let the dough rest for 15 minutes
- Pour a layer of tomato sauce , ham and mozzarella curd and oregano.
- Roll up the bread so that the filling is inside. Brings to fire 180 degrees
