  • Ground beef500 g
  • Chopped Onion01 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Tomato Sauce Sachet01 unit(s)
  • Sour cream250 g
  • Chopped tomato01 unit(s)
  • Olive oil0 to taste
  • Cheese250 g
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper0 to taste
  • Oregano0 to taste
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions, set aside.
  2. To make the sauce, sauté ½ onion and two garlic cloves, then add the sauce sachet, season with salt and pepper to taste, add the cream, without the whey, set aside.
  3. To make the stuffing, put a drizzle of oil in the pan, add the ground beef until golden, then add ½ onion and two cloves of garlic, add the chopped tomato, then add the three tablespoons of tomato paste.
  4. Put the sauce in the mold, and distribute the pasta already stuffed with the meat, finish with the cheese on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for at least 30 min, or until the cheese is appreciated.
