- Flaked Corn Flour1 cup
- Filtered water1/2 cup
- Homemade sausage cut into small cubes1/3 cup
- Fresh peas1/4 cup
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- grated carrot2 tablespoon
- Green Spice to taste
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- In a heated skillet, fry the sausage. Add the onion and sauté until wilted.
- Add the peas and carrot, pepper and salt and stir for another 3 minutes, finish with the green seasoning. Reserve.
- Prepare the couscous by hydrating in a container the flour with the water (add it little by little) and salt for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the moistened flour to a couscous pan and after the water boils, steam for 10 minutes.
- Use a large cup to shape the couscous, place half of the cooked couscous, the stuffing and then the rest of the couscous.
- Unmold onto a plate and sprinkle cheese on top.
