- Ground beef (I used duckling)1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce (two bags)680 g
- Nest type noodles1 unit(s)
- Cream cheese1/2 unit(s)
- Ham100 g
- Mozzarella150 g
- In a pan, sauté the onion, pepper and garlic.
- When everything is golden, add the ground beef and mix well to release the meat flakes.
- Add salt and let the meat cook. When it cooks, add the tomato sauce and let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the ham and mozzarella into small pieces.
- On a platter, assemble as follows: a thin layer of bolognese sauce, the nest macaroni and in the middle of each nest place a piece of ham, a piece of mozzarella and a tablespoon of cream cheese. After filling all the nests, add the rest of the bolognese sauce (it is the sauce that will cook the pasta) and a thin layer of grated or sliced mozzarella.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve!
