- ground beef400 g
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- tomato sauce8 tablespoon
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- finely grated mozzarella1 cup
- and straw potato4 tablespoon
- chopped parsley1 tablespoon
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees Wash well and cook the potatoes in their skins, do not let them get too soft.
- Reserve In a pan, heat the olive oil, brown the onion and sauté the ground beef until it is dry.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and stir the Heavy cream into the sauce. Stuff with the sauce, cover with the grated mozzarella, the straw potatoes and sprinkle with parsley. Place in the oven to brown for approximately 10 minutes.
