- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Chopped ham200 g
- Chopped Mozzarella200 g
- Chopped and Fried Bacon150 g
- Oregano and coriander2 to taste
- Put the potatoes to cook in the pan with salted water and cover the potatoes until they are firm they cannot be soft. Remove the potatoes from the water, and with the help of a spoon, remove the top part making a “hole”, but without taking too much, always leaving the edges. Place that part of the potato that was removed in a bowl and mash it. Then add the ham, cheese, cottage cheese and oregano. Mix everything very well, adjust the salt and then use this dough to stuff all the potatoes. Put more grated mozzarella on top and take it to the preheated oven at 180° degrees for about 10 minutes. Finish with the bacon and cilantro.
