- Large Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Bacon and pepperoni chopped and fried to taste
- shredded mozzarella cheese100 g
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- grated garlic1 unit(s)
- Salt (if the margarine is unsalted) to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Cream cheese1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Cook the potatoes as usual or if you prefer, skewer them with a fork and microwave for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cut them in half (but not completely) Remove some of the potato dough so you can put the stuffing (and set aside to add to the seasoned margarine)
- • Seasoned margarine • Mix well the margarine with the garlic, the parsley, the salt if necessary and the mass of the potatoes that you removed.
- Brush all the potatoes with the seasoned margarine (inside and outside).
- • Seasoned cottage cheese • Mix the cottage cheese with the Parmesan and oregano very well. Add the stuffing you want here (in this case it will be bacon, cheese and pepperoni) but it can be ham and cheese, ground beef, shredded chicken..whatever you want
- Put this mega stuffing inside the potato.
- On top finish with cheese and green smell to taste.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 10 minutes, just until the cheese has completely melted, or if you prefer in the microwave or Airfryer.
