- Pepperoni1/2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Mozzarella50 g
- Onion1/2 to taste
- Straw Potato1 to taste
- Wash the potatoes well and poke holes with a fork all over it!! On a plate place two sheets of paper towel and place the potato on top of the paper, microwave for 5 minutes at medium temperature, then turn the potato and leave another 5 minutes to cook on the other side.
- Make a superficial cut in the skin in an oval shape and gently pass the knife to form the opening where you will stuff the potato, with a spoon scrape the pulp until you can no longer and the potato is like a "boat" lol
- Filling: In a pan, fry the pepperoni, then add the onion, the mashed potato pulp, the butter, the curd and the milk, adjust the salt and the stuffing is ready!
- Stuff the potatoes, finish with cottage cheese and mozzarella!! Take it to the oven or to the air frayer for fixings, serve with potato straw!!
