- Ripe dwarf bananas8 unit(s)
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Cassava flour200 g
- Water125 ml
- Black seedless raisins100 g
- Sunflower oil1/4 cup
- Organic Yeast8 g
- Cinnamon to taste
- Leave the raisins in a bowl of water for 30 minutes.
- In a blender add the raisins with the water and blend for 1 minute.
- Add 6 bananas (reserve 2 for topping) and the eggs and beat for a few more minutes.
- Place in a bowl and add the cassava flour little by little, stirring gently.
- Add the yeast and mix slowly
- Grease a 25 cm round shape with oil and sprinkle with manioc flour
- Put the dough and decorate it with the sliced bananas. sprinkle with cinnamon
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
