- warm milk1/2 l
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Sifted Wheat Flour1 kg
- Mix all the ingredients except the flour.
- Gradually add the flour.
- Mix well, there will come a time when you will have to put your hand in the dough.
- Knead well for about 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough and roll the buns in the shape you want.
- I prefer to make polka dots. I don't roll it up like we usually make brigadiers, instead I pull it from the ends to the center with the tip of my index finger. Until the bubbles form
- Place in greased and floured form. Separating one by one with a finger away.
- Cover with a clean tea towel and allow to double in size.
- Bake in a medium oven, preheated, until golden.
