- Flour for breading to taste
- Peel the sweet potato and cook. Prefer to steam the sweet potato, so it becomes drier.
- When it is very soft, knead it well. Wait for it to cool down.
- Make small balls and shape them in your hand like a shell, stuff them with shredded chicken or whatever you prefer. It's delicious stuffed with shredded chicken and cheese.
- Close the shell, shaping it into a coxinha shape.
- Bread in breadcrumbs, linseed flour or ready-made flour sold in supermarkets. Finally, bread with the flour you prefer.
- After the coxinhas are ready, put them in the airfryer, the time will depend a lot on the sizes and the amount of coxinhas you made. I recommend that you put it every 10 minutes, always looking, the cone has to be very dry, then it will be ready.
