- Put water to boil in a medium-sized pan, then add a spoon of oil and a spoon of salt, mix a little and let it boil.
- Cut the red onion, Chinese cabbage and tomato into small portions, and with a grater cut the cucumber into slices. The amount varies according to the number of people who are going to eat. The ideal for 4 people is one of each item in full.
- After the water boils, add the pasta and wait for it to soften. Once softened, remove the water and pour in ice water to stop the cooking process.
- In the same now empty pan, place a thread of an eye and a crushed garlic, let the oil heat up and spread the crushed garlic over the pan to taste.
- Throw the red onion, kale, cucumber and tomato into the pan and leave it there for a while, mixing a little and placing the lid on top of the pan for a few seconds, just to release the flavor.
- Add tomato sauce to taste and mix well.
- As soon as it starts to boil, toss in the pasta and mix the sauce. Okay, now just eat 😁.
