- wheat1 kg
- Organic Dry Yeast20 g
- warm milk3 cup
- sugar1 cup
- oil1 cup
- salt1 dessert spoon
- egg1 unit(s)
- In the bowl, add the ingredients in sequence.
- sugar, yeast, warm milk, salt and mix
- Then add the egg and add the wheat and then mix with your hands.
- knead and put the wheat until it comes off of your hands
- Cover with plastic wrap or napkin and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- After resting, take the dough and divide it into 4 equal parts.
- pass the roll or cylinder until it is very smooth, model in bread format
- Put it in the shapes and let it rest until it doubles in volume or you lift the shape and have light
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and brush a little milk at room temperature this makes the rind thin and shiny.
