- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Soybean oil40 ml
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Wheat flour1 kg
- Gem1 to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender, except the wheat flour.
- Put the mixture in a bowl and add the wheat flour little by little, until it doesn't stick to your hands.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes and shape the buns. Put the stuffing you like Suggestion: Coconut with condensed milk, guava or strawberry jam, dulce de leche etc...
- Let it rest for 40 minutes to 1 hour. Brush the buns with yolk.
- Bake until golden
