- Organic Yeast10 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- In a bowl, whisk the yeast into the warm milk to completely dissolve.
- Now, in another container, mix the wheat flour, salt and sugar. Make a hole in the middle of the mixture and add the dissolved yeast, eggs and oil, mix everything until the dough becomes thicker.
- Divide the dough and make balls, take it to a shape and let it rest for 50 minutes. After that, the dough will have risen a lot.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
