- Warm water150 ml
- Dry yeast for bread20 g
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Oil200 ml
- Wheat Flour (no yeast) until approx.800 g
- grated coconut1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- - First dissolve the yeast in milk and warm water. -Add the other ingredients and knead for 8 minutes -Let the dough rest, covered or inside the oven, until it doubles in volume -After resting, open the dough with a rolling pin and cut into strips. -Wrap the strip of dough around the cheese without leaving any space. -Let it rest again until it doubles in volume. - bake in a preheated oven at 180° - As soon as you take it out of the oven, brush with condensed milk and sprinkle the grated coconut. ***NOTE Knead the dough well and respect the growth time after kneading and after forming the rolls. - no piece of cheese can be left without covering the dough, otherwise all the cheese will leak out there.
