- warm water1 cup
- oil1/2 cup
- wheat flour1 cup
- sugar1 cup
- corn flour2 cup
- guava in cubes1 cup
- chemical yeast powder1 tablespoon
- Separate the egg whites. Beat with half the sugar and set aside. Beat the rest of the sugar with the yolks until it becomes a white cream. Add the oil, warm water, wheat flour and cornmeal. Hit it well. Add the chemical yeast and the snow whites, mixing gently. Pour the dough into a greased and floured shape of your choice. Cover with guava cut into cubes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for 45 minutes.
