- cornmeal200 g
- wheat flour200 g

- guava300 g
- Grease your mold with butter and cornmeal.
- in the blender place the sugar, the oil, the salt, the milk and the eggs, beat everything for 2 minutes.
- after everything is well beaten add the cornmeal and wheat flour.
- put the baking soda for cake and mix with a spatula, and pass all the dough to greased shape.
- with the chopped guava paste and a spoon of wheat, coat the whole guava paste in wheat, and place it on top of the dough that is in the mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until you do the toothpick test and it comes out clean and it is golden and roasted.
- with the guava paste, place it in a pan with 100 ml of water, stir over low heat until it melts completely.
- After the cake is baked, just remove it from the oven and wait for it to cool for about 30 minutes, unmold it and spread all the guava syrup on top and your cornmeal cake is ready.
