- Rice flour2 cup
- Potato Starch2 cup
- Sweet sprinkle2 cup
- Xanthan Gum1 tablespoon
- Psyllium1 coffee spoon
- Organic Dry Yeast2 tablespoon
- yam milk3 cup
- Warm water1/2 cup
- Sweet olive oil1/2 cup
- White sweet potato puree3 tablespoon
- yam puree2 tablespoon
- Brown sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Golden flaxseed flour2 tablespoon
- Golden flaxseeds.2 tablespoon
- Place the rice flour, potato starch, sweet flour, xanthan gum, psyllium and yeast in a bowl.
- Mix well until the flours are completely uniform.
- Blend the other ingredients in a blender until it forms a liquid mass and reserve the golden flaxseeds.
- Add this dough to the flours and mix until smooth.
- Add the golden flaxseeds and mix gently.
- Grease and sprinkle a form with rice flour and place the dough
- Sprinkle golden flaxseeds on top of the bread
- Cover the bread and let it rest for 50 minutes to rise.
- Preheat the oven to 180º, put the bread in the oven to bake for approximately 45-50 minutes or until golden.
- Wait for it to cool well before slicing it.
