- Cashew Nut Cream200 ml
- Turmeric1 coffee spoon
- White wine1/4 cup
- Smoked Tofu50 g
- tagliatelle pasta200 g
- Vegetable Parmesan1/4 cup
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
- Beat the chestnut cream with the turmeric in the processor or using a fouet.
- In a frying pan, fry the tofu in cubes, add the white wine, salt and pepper.
- Add the pasta to the chestnut sauce, mix the smoked tofu and the vegetable parmesan.
- Sprinkle Parmesan to taste.
