- Tagliatelle Pasta500 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Bacon pieces to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Cooked Broccoli to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Cook the Tagliatelle according to package instructions, drain and rinse under running water.
- Drizzle with olive oil and set aside. Heat a pan and fry the bacon until it begins to brown. Add the garlic and onion and sauté until golden.
- Add the broccoli, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Mix the pasta with the sauce, transfer to a platter, sprinkle with cheese and serve.
