- 1 package of noodles1 kg
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- cream400 g
- Parma500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Milk200 ml
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Agent put the pasta to cook .with a pinch of salt .put it to boil let's start with the sauce
- Chop the onion and saute it with the butter, until golden brown. Then add the cream and stir until dissolved.
- Desolve the cream put the milk, after that .put the Parma and separate some slices .to make some crunchy.
- Add salt and black pepper .let it boil for a few minutes and check if it is ready .if it is to your liking. You can turn off
- For the Parma crunchy we will use the oil and put it in the frying pan and when it is very hot add the Parma slices and until crispy.
- Reire the pasta and drain, heat again and add the pasta to the sauce, stir a little to make it more creamy, add the ladle of water, stir a little and let's go to the presentation. . Our delicious pasta 🙏🙏
