- Boil the water for the pasta with oil, when it boils add the noodles, stir and watch when cooked, drain and wash under running tap water
- In the pan put a thread of olive oil or oil and 3 cloves of minced or crushed garlic, brown the garlic and then put the cooked pasta and add salt to taste, set aside after it is ready
- Then take the ground meat, put it in a bowl and mix the chopped spices to taste, such as garlic, onion, parsley, black pepper and salt, and then mix it with the egg and the 2 spoons of flour until everything is homogeneous without sticking. in your hands, then just make balls of the desired size
- In the pan add the tomato sauce and sugar (sugar serves to remove the acidity of the sauce) and seasonings to taste such as garlic, onion, black pepper and salt, then add half a glass of water and stir well, when it starts to boil put the meatball balls in the sauce
- If the sauce starts to reduce, add water little by little and don't stir the meatballs too much so they don't fall apart, after about 15 minutes it's ready, just serve it with your noodles
