- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the macaroni in the same way as the method that comes in the macaroni package!
- Cut the shiitake mushrooms into small half moons, and separate the shimeji mushrooms, heat a frying pan and put a thread of olive oil and put the mushrooms to sauté, season with salt and pepper!
- After the mushrooms are very cold, add a little shoyu, to give color to the mushrooms and continue to sauté, after about 2 min you put the other ingredients to sauté (garlic and onion)
- After all sautéed, put the 2 units of cream and 1 spoon of curd! Let it boil until it thickens a little
- Mix the noodles with the sauce by taking the noodles straight from the cooking pot, without washing, so the starch helps to thicken the sauce even more! Adjust salt and pepper and finish with chives.
- To make your dish even more complete, add a protein, a steak or even a medallion!
