- Noodles400 to taste
- Fresh cream500 ml
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sliced Sitake200 g
- Dry red wine100 ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel and cut into slices.
- In a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the onion. Add the mushroom and sauté. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the wine and when it has evaporated, add the fresh cream and let it boil for 3 cooking times.
- That's exactly how long you'll need to cook the pasta. Remove the pasta from the cooking water and transfer directly to the sauce. Finish with green smell!
