- Fresh noodles400 g
- Tuscan sausage300 g
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Tomato sauce600 ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mozzarella cheese ball1 cup
- Basil to taste
- In a pan with olive oil, brown the sausage, add onion and brown too.
- Season with salt and black pepper, add the tomato sauce, lower the heat and simmer for a few minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions and add to the sauce.
- Finish with the cheese and basil leaves.
