- Fresh tagliatelle500 g
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Tuscan sausage without the skin4 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella Ball150 g
- Green Smell to taste
- In a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the sausage until golden, add the onion and brown too. Add the sauce, lower the heat and cover the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes while the pasta cooks.
- In a pan with boiling water, add a pinch of salt and cook the noodles for 2 minutes. Remove from cooking and place in the skillet with the sauce.
- Spread the mozzarella balls and wait another 2 minutes until the cheese melts. Finish with green smell.
