- Shrimp cleaned and peeled400 g
- Chopped Garlic3 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Noodles500 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Olive oil50 ml
- Salt, pepper and spices to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Cherry tomatoes cut in half300 g
- Put the tagliarini to cook in a large pot.
- In another pan put the butter, olive oil and brown the garlic and onion over medium heat. Then add the prawns, salt, pepper and seasonings and let it gold for 5 minutes. After that time put the cherry tomato cut in half and the green smell.
- Lower the heat, add the pasta and a ladle of the cooking water. Stir well to incorporate all ingredients. Plate and serve while still hot!
