- Water300 ml
- Tagliatelle100 g
- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Clove Garlic2 unit(s)
- Spinach100 g
- Milk200 ml
- Parmesan20 g
- Salt, Parsley and Black Pepper to taste
- In a pan put the water and wait for it to boil to put the noodles and salt.
- In another pan, put the oil, garlic and onion to sauté. Then, put the spinach (thinly cut) to sauté.
- Next step put the butter and wait for it to melt to put the wheat flour, mix well for 2 minutes. Then add the milk little by little, stirring constantly. Put the salt and seasonings. Wait for it to thicken a little to be ready. Pour the sauce over the noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to serve.
