- Recipe
- Tagliatelle pasta500 g
- Ground beef200 g
- Mozzarella100 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Garlic2 tablespoon
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until it becomes aldent.
- Season the raw ground beef with salt and black pepper and cut the cheese into cubes shape the meatballs stuffing them inside with the cubes of cheese and place them in the air fryer until they are golden
- In a pan add the olive oil and take the finely chopped garlic to sauté
- As soon as the garlic is sauteed, add it to the pasta we cooked (do not wash the pasta, remove it straight from the pan)
- Serve with meatballs on top
