- Tuscan Sausage5 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Ready-made tomato sauce (so you don't have to work 😉)2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 to taste
- Parsley1 to taste
- Put water to heat for the pasta and salt in it.
- In another pan: put chopped onion, chopped garlic in a drizzle of oil. sauté
- Take the sausage and remove all the meat from inside it and put it together with the onion to sauté.
- Heated water: put the macaroni and leave aldente (eat one and see if there is a white dot in the middle) turn off and drain by cooling in cold water so as not to pass the point. Reserve!
- Add the sauce to the sausage and let it simmer. Finish with parsley and adjust the salt.
