- Tapioca flour400 g
- Salt to taste
- Water to taste
- In a pan put the tapioca flour then add salt and mix.
- Then add the water little by little and stir constantly until all the dough is dissolved.
- Then sift the dough, put a little bit in the hot skillet to see if it's done right.
- Then just go and make the tapiocas and stuffed to your liking in mine I only used margarine.
