- Boiled rice2 cup
- Mozzarella100 g
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Bell pepper 1/2 to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Put the oil and garlic in a pan.
- Take the skin off the Tuscans and knead them by hand.
- Place in pan and mix with olive oil and garlic.
- After the toscana has fried well, add the tomato, onion, bell pepper, paprika, red pepper and cilantro.
- Wait another 3 minutes and then add the cooked rice.
- Mix well and add the cheese, wait for the cheese to melt and turn off the heat.
