- Olive Oil to taste
- Garlic Cloves to taste
- Herbs (Rosemary, Oregano, Thyme, Black Pepper) to taste
- Hygienize and dry the ingredients well, afterwards, you can cut them in half or leave them whole.
- Water the bottom of the roast with olive oil and then have the tomatoes.
- Place the seasonings of your choice on the tomatoes (Rosemary, Oregano, Thyme, Black Pepper), the peeled garlic and drizzle with more olive oil. If you prefer, you can add fresh rosemary.
- Take to bake at 150ºC with preheated oven. Let it cook slowly, it can take up to 2 hours, or until you see that they are soft inside.
