- Needle Rice1 cup
- Boiling water2 cup
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Tomato2 unit(s)
- Buffalo Mozzarella150 g
- Basil to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the rice and sauté.
- Add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Put the boiling water and cook.
- Serve with buffalo mozzarella and basil.
