- White wine1 unit(s)
- grated cheese100 g
- Butter1 unit(s)
- In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.
- Take the frozen Tortéi out of the fridge and as soon as the water boils add it.
- In a pan, add the butter and the garlic, already cut into very small strips.
- Wait for it to brown and add the cream.
- After boiling, add the white wine little by little, it will only take a little to add flavor.
- Add salt to taste and a little black pepper.
- Grate the cheese and set aside.
- Remove the Tortei from the pan when it is cooked and firm, it can't be falling apart or raw.
- Cut the chives to place at the end of the dish.
