- Wash the rice and drain
- In a pan put the carrots, the potato and the now to boil and get pre-cooked. Drain and reserve the cooking water.
- In another pan put the sweet oil, the crushed garlic and the onion for stuffing. Add the rice, salt, extract, sazon, knorr and water where the vegetables were pre-cooked.
- When the rice is almost cooked, add the pre-cooked vegetables, peas, corn, parsley and coriander. Let it finish cooking and serve hot.
