  • Chopped Bacon150 g
  • Chopped pepperoni sausage250 g
  • Olive oil1 cup
  • Chopped Onion2 unit(s)
  • Garlic6 unit(s)
  • Becon bouillon cube1 unit(s)
  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • Green Smell1 to taste
  • Cassava flour1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper1 to taste
  • Beans500 g
  1. In a pan, put the oil, and fry the bacon and sausage, separately.
  2. Reserve.
  3. In the same pan, fry the garlic, onion and add, the drained beans and the bacon broth.
  4. Then, add the sausage and bacon that were reserved and add the manioc flour and the chopped fried eggs.
  5. Note: the more green scent you use, the tastier it gets.
  6. Adjust the amount of salt and pepper and it's ready to serve.
