- Tomato sauce150 ml
- Garlic (Teeth)03 unit(s)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Oregano and green smell to finish to taste
- Use a pan of boiling water for the pasta and always following the manufacturer's cooking time. I used the screw, but you can use the mass of your choice;
- Remove the sausage meat from the tripe and set aside.
- In a large pan or frying pan, put a thread of olive oil and fry the sausage meat well and then add the other ingredients to form the Tuscany sauce.
- With the sauce ready and the pasta cooked and drained, take a large refractory and add the pasta with the sauce ready and serve and try this delight!
- As for the Toscana, to be successful in the preparation, fry it well until it creates a base and deglaze it with water or vegetable broth (to remove the flavor from the bottom of the pan). follow the tip
