- Cooked Penne2 cup
- Skinless Tuscan Sausage1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Red onion cut into half moons1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Heat the oil in a pan and brown the sausage pieces well.
- Add garlic and onion and sauté.
- Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and mix.
- Let it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, add hot water if the sauce is too thick.
- Finish with the chives and serve with the cooked penne.
