- Stuffing: Take the skin off the sausage and release it all, put it in a pan and fry it well, add onion, garlic and let it brown. Then add tomato sauce and seasonings to taste. Let it reduce and become creamy. Reserve
- Dough: in the blender place the dough ingredients and beat well, lastly the yeast and beat just to mix
- With a hot and greased frying pan, place a shell of dough and let it bake on the sides, do it with all the dough.
- Rose sauce: in a pan, fry some onion in butter and add tomato sauce and cream.
