- Macaroni to taste
- White sauce1 cup
- Mushroom (shitake or Portobello)1 cup
- Saffron to taste
- Salt to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Cook the macaroni and set aside. For the sauce: add the white sauce to the pan (can be cauliflower, cashew nut or industrialized), add the saffron until it turns light yellow. Let it thicken and turn off the heat.
- Mushrooms: add oil to the pan and the sliced mushrooms (1 tray). Add salt to taste and smoked paprika. Let it fry for approximately 5 minutes and add to the sauce.
- Mix the sauce with the pasta and it's ready!
