- Wheat flour1 cup
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Boiled, peeled and mashed English potato4 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In a container, add the potatoes and gradually add the wheat flour. Add the oil and salt.
- Mix with your hands until the dough is shapeable. Shape the dough into rolls and cut into small pieces.
- In a pan with boiling water, put the pieces and when they rise it's time to remove (takes one to two minutes), do it little by little.
- Now just add the sauce and eat happily (extra: I like to grill them a little beforehand, but it's optional)
