- milk200 ml
- corn starch1 dessert spoon
- chopped onion1 tablespoon

- olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Peel the carrot and potato, cut into small cubes and cook in salted water and set aside.
- wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes and sauté with garlic and olive oil and a pinch of salt and set aside
- White sauce In a pan sauté the onion in the butter and add the milk dissolved with cornstarch and mix over low heat, add the salt, keep the heat on until it thickens.
- In a pyrex or refractory distribute the vegetables and the pea put white sauce on top and finish with parmesan cheese and take it to the medium oven for 15 minutes
